The Owner wanted there to be green, green, green everywhere she looked. A sea of green all year round.

The design uses multiple types of evergreen plants - some that aren’t actually green - to create a lush oasis all year round. Ornamentals are used to create spots of visual interest and variety, but most of the plants are native to North Carolina.

The old dilapidated CMU wall & front steps were replaced with a new brick wall, wide steps, and sidewalk the owner wouldn’t trip on. A new brick patio was installed outside of the newly added sunroom on the back of the house - the perfect spot for the owner to sit and watch her grandchildren play.
