The “Big” Jackson ADU has been built in a variety of locations in Raleigh, North Carolina. It features a spacious open living area with a generous kitchen, half-bath, and a separate laundry closet on the lower level. There are two bedrooms with nice-sized closets and a shared bathroom upstairs.

The model has been built with several different entry options, including a covered, side entry into the kitchen, which can be switched out for a window if preferred. The upper ceiling can be either vaulted (as-shown), or flat if an attic mechanical or storage area is desired.
