The Watts ADU is a “tiny” accessory dwelling unit - under 300 sf - and features a kitchenette, bathroom, and sleeping loft.

This ADU was built by the non-profit organization, Coram Houses, whose mission is to create more affordable housing options in Durham, NC by offsetting the cost of building accessory dwelling units. They matched the exterior materials and trim details of the existing accessory shed to conform to local historic district regulations.
